West Brom v Swansea City latest odds, news and free bets

Only Bolton and Wigan have a worse home record in the Premier League than West Bromwich Albion this season and it’s a good job that Roy Hodgson’s team are tough to beat on the road because the same has not applied at The Hawthorns this term

Seven teams have left with a maximum haul and Roy Hodgson must be scratching his head as to how the Baggies have managed just eight goals in eleven home games this term, something which means the Black Country side are far from safe at this stage of the campaign.

Once again, West Brom demonstrated their away prowess when drawing 1-1 at Craven Cottage on Wednesday, although they have a tricky encounter on Saturday against a Swansea City team who are starting to believe in themselves when it comes to away games.

Albion are strong favourites at 6/5 (Bet Victor £50 free bets) to claim the spoils, although their only two home wins came against Wolves and Bolton during the autumn of 2011 and we can’t be backing those odds with any real degree of confidence.

Perhaps it is also too faithful to get behind the Swans at 11/4 (Sky Bet – free bet) although Brendan Rodgers’ team were a whisker away from beating Chelsea during the week and they were slightly unlucky to lose their last away Premier League match when they ran rings around Sunderland before losing 2-0.

The Welsh side were also comfortable 3-0 winners against the same opponents at the Liberty Stadium and it could be worth backing them on the Draw No Bet market with the insurance that you will get your stakes returned if the match finishes level.
